Handling disagreement
Address small problems before they become large. Describe the specific situation, explain how it affects you and ask for a practical solution. Avoid insults, threats and public accusations. If a serious issue cannot be resolved, document the facts and seek help from a trusted organization, coordinator or appropriate authority. Safety comes first. No person should remain in a situation involving violence, coercion, exploitation or immediate danger.
