Why the written agreement matters

The written agreement should describe duties, expected schedule, pocket money or compensation, accommodation, meals, free time, language learning arrangements, start and end dates, termination conditions and insurance responsibilities where applicable. Read every document before signing. Keep your own copy. A course certificate does not replace official requirements, immigration decisions, employment advice or a legally valid agreement.
