Ask the family to explain the weekly routine and write down important times. Silence does not always mean dissatisfaction. Finnish communication can be direct and calm. Do not guess when something is unclear. Ask respectfully: “Could you show me how you prefer this to be done?” Confirm changes to the routine and keep agreed times.
